Gupets provides online delivery for orders placed through www.gupets.com.

Our primary sales market is Italy.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Business days generally exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time: 6–9 Business Days

The estimated shipping period begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, or other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gupets.com.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can review the order and available delivery information.
