1. Accepted Payment Methods

Gupets accepts the following payment methods through www.gupets.com:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay;
• Shop Pay;
• PayPal.

2. Payment Authorization

When an order is placed, payment information may be processed and authorized by the applicable payment service provider.

Orders are generally processed after successful payment authorization and order confirmation.

3. Payment Security

Payment transactions may be processed by specialized third-party payment providers using their own security systems and payment processing infrastructure.

Gupets does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own systems where such information is processed directly by the applicable payment provider.

4. Prices and Order Information

Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed, subject to clearly stated promotional terms and correction of any obvious pricing errors.

Customers will receive applicable order and payment information before completing their purchase.

5. Italian Electronic Commerce Law

Online transactions through Gupets are conducted with regard to Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 – Electronic Commerce Law, concerning certain legal aspects of information society services and electronic commerce in Italy.

6. Italian Consumer Protection Law

Consumer transactions are also subject, where applicable, to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).

The Italian Consumer Code establishes consumer protection requirements for distance contracts, including information that must be provided to consumers before completing an online purchase.

7. Payment Problems

If a payment is declined, canceled, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Gupets may be unable to process or dispatch the order until successful payment has been confirmed.
