8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers purchasing through distance contracts may have statutory withdrawal rights under Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).

The 30-day commercial return policy does not replace or restrict any mandatory consumer rights granted under Italian or European Union law.
